Privacy Policy

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with applicable data protection law, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). This notice describes the data that is actually processed when you visit this website.

1. Controller

TECLOW UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Auf der Maine 6, 30880 Laatzen, Germany

Represented by Managing Director Frank Gnisa

Email: info@teclow.de · Phone: +49 5102 8108829

We are not legally required to appoint a data protection officer and have not done so.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated by an external provider (hosting via the Lovable platform, technically on Cloudflare infrastructure). When you open a page, the host automatically processes technical access data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, the address requested, volume of data transferred, referrer, and browser and operating system identifiers.

This processing is technically necessary for the secure and stable operation of the site. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a technically faultless and secure presentation). Log data is stored only for as long as necessary for these purposes. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with, or will be concluded with, the host.

3. Contact form and information requests

You can send us an enquiry via the contact page and via the “Request more information” forms on the innovation pages. The data collected is your name, optionally your organisation, your email address, the subject or topic of the enquiry and your message.

The sole purpose is to handle and answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Your data remains with us until the purpose ceases to apply, you ask us to delete it, or a statutory retention period ends. We do not pass it on to third parties for advertising purposes.

Technical note on the current state: the forms are not yet connected to a mail or database service. Your entries are not transmitted to us and not stored when you submit them; only a local confirmation is shown in your browser. Until submission is activated, you can reach us reliably by email at info@teclow.de. Once transmission is live, the rules described above apply.

4. TECLOW Updates

The “TECLOW Updates” field lets you sign up for occasional news about development progress. Only your email address is collected.

The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw this consent at any time without giving reasons, for example by an informal message to info@teclow.de. The lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal remains unaffected.

This field is also not yet connected to a mailing service; no email addresses are currently transmitted or stored. This notice will be extended to name the provider used once the function is activated.

5. Cookies and storage on your device

This website does not set cookies for analytics, tracking or marketing purposes and does not store identifiers in your browser for such purposes. Consent under § 25 TDDDG is therefore not required, and we deliberately do not use a cookie banner.

6. Analytics and tracking

We do not use any web analytics, tracking, profiling or advertising services. No reach measurement and no user profiling takes place.

7. External fonts (Google Fonts)

For consistent typography, the fonts “Archivo” and “Barlow” are loaded when a page is opened from servers of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Your IP address is transmitted to Google in the process; a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. Google is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a consistent presentation). A switch to locally hosted fonts is planned.

8. Images, media and embeds

Images and other media on this website are delivered through our host's delivery infrastructure. No social media plugins, video embeds, map services, payment services or comparable third-party content are included.

9. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21 GDPR). You may withdraw any consent given at any time with future effect.

A message to info@teclow.de is sufficient to exercise these rights.

10. Right to lodge a complaint

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your residence or of the alleged infringement. The authority responsible for our registered office is the State Commissioner for Data Protection of Lower Saxony, Prinzenstraße 5, 30159 Hannover, Germany.

11. Transmission security

This website is delivered over an encrypted TLS connection (https). Complete security of data transmission over the internet cannot, however, be guaranteed.

12. Changes to this notice

We update this privacy policy whenever the technical implementation of the website changes, for example when form submission is activated.
